All orders are prepaid, online-only, and must be completed through KristensPantry.com. We cannot accept orders in person at this time.
Please note, we prepare items fresh daily. Quantities are limited so order at your earliest convenience!
 

Delivery Orders:

We deliver to 37205, 37215, 37027, 37220, and 37204.
Order deadline for Wednesday delivery is 8PM Monday.
Order deadline for Thursday delivery is 8PM Tuesday.
Order deadline for Friday delivery is 8PM Wednesday.
Delivery window is 12PM until 5PM.
 

Curbside Pick Up Orders:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
1PM-5PM

Order and Meal Information:

1. When will new menus be available to order?

Weekly menus will be posted and open on Monday mornings, and available throughout the week. Please note, Wednesday meal selections are only available for Wednesday pick up or delivery, and will not be available after Wednesday. Thursday meals are only available for Thursday pick up or delivery, and will not be available after Thursday. Friday meals are only available for Friday pick up or delivery. 

Meal prep and kitchen staples items will be posted and available to order continuously, with pick up or delivery available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

2. Is there a deadline to order?

Yes, the deadline for ordering is as follows:

The order deadline for Wednesday delivery or pick up is 8 PM Monday. 

The order deadline for Thursday delivery or pick up is 8 PM Tuesday.

The order deadline for Friday delivery or pick up is 8 PM Wednesday.

3. What if an item I want is sold out?

We’re sorry, but once an item is marked is sold out we will no longer be able to accept any more orders. 

4. What if I miss the deadline? Can I place a late order?

Yes, if an item is still available on the site, feel free to place an order! However, once an item is marked as sold out we will not able to accommodate any more orders. 

5. What If I want to cancel an order? Can I get a refund?

Please contact us, and we will try to provide you with a credit for a future meal or item. 

6. Can I make adjustments to my order?

We cannot accommodate custom requests or alterations at this time. All meals come as described. If you have any questions about specific menu items, please contact us. 

If you are looking for something specific, try looking in our Kitchen Staples section for side dishes, desserts, and other meal prep items!

7. What about food allergies? 

While we cannot prepare individual meals according to specific allergies, we do try to include all possible allergens in each meal description. 

If you are concerned about a specific dish, please contact us directly. 

8. How do I prepare my meals?

Each meal comes with specific heating instructions, which can always be found online under “Heating Instructions.” Meal prep and kitchen staples instructions will also be included. 

9. Are the containers able to be heated?

Most of our containers are microwave-friendly. For anything that should be baked in the oven, please remove from the containers and heat in an oven-friendly dish. Smaller sauce containers and any aluminum material should not be heated.

10. What is your delivery zone?

We currently deliver to the 37205, 37215, 37027, 37204, and 37220 zip codes. 

11. What are the deadlines for delivery orders?

The order deadline for Wednesday meal delivery is 8 PM Monday.

The order deadline for Thursday meal delivery is 8 PM Tuesday.

The order deadline for Friday meal delivery is 8 PM Wednesday.

12. What time will my order be delivered?

The delivery window is from 12 PM to 5 PM. 

13. What if I won’t be home during the delivery window?

No problem! If possible, please try to leave a cooler out front and we will place your items inside.

14. Will I be notified close to delivery?

We will send you a text once your order has been delivered. 

15. Can I request that a delivery come early?

No, we are unable to offer special delivery requests at this time. 

However, if you’re worried about delivery times, we do offer a store pick up option!

16. Where do I pick up my order?

All pick up orders will be available at our store, located at:

17. Do you offer curbside pick up service?

Yes! When you arrive, give us a call at 615-924-3328. Please leave your first and last name, and we’ll be happy to bring your order out to you!

18. What time can I pick my order up?

You can pick your order up any time between 1 PM and 5 PM on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. 

19. What is the deadline for placing pick up orders?

The order deadline for Wednesday meal pick up is 8 PM Monday.

The order deadline for Thursday meal pick up is 8 PM Tuesday.

The order deadline for Friday meal pick up is 8 PM Wednesday.
