Wednesday April 8

Old Fashioned Spaghetti and Meatballs with Marinara Sauce

Italian Salad

Garlic Bread 

Allergens: dairy, gluten, soy 

Heat pasta in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or until very warm,

or heat covered in 350 degree oven for 7-10 minutes or until very warm. 

Heat garlic bread in 350 degree oven for approximately 5 minutes, or until desired crispness is achieved.

 

Cheese Stuffed Ravioli alla Vodka

Allergens: eggs, dairy, gluten 

Heat Ravioli in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until very warm, or heat covered in 350 degree oven for 7-10 minutes until very warm.  Heat vegetables in microwave for 1 minute, or just until warm. Or heat in 350 degree oven for 3-5 minutes.

 

Thursday April 9

Chicken Breast with Teriyaki Glaze

Stir Fry Vegetables

Steamed Jasmine Rice 

Allergens: soy, gluten 

Heat chicken and vegetables in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or in 350 degree oven covered for 5-10 minutes until very warm. Heat rice in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or in 350 degree oven covered for 7-10 minutes

 

Miso-Glazed Salmon

Stir Fry Vegetables

Steamed Jasmine Rice 

Allergens: soy, gluten 

Heat salmon and vegetables in microwave for 2-3 minutes until hot or heat in the oven uncovered for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.   Heat rice in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or in 350 degree oven covered for 7-10 minutes

Red Wine Braised Beef Short Ribs

Creamy Polenta with Rosemary and Fontina

Glazed Carrots and Sugar Snaps 

Allergens: dairy (in sauce and polenta), gluten (in sauce) 

Heat Short Ribs covered in 350 degree oven for 6-8 minutes or heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Heat polenta in microwave for 1-2 minutes or in 350 degree oven covered for 10 minutes. Heat carrots and sugar snap beans in the microwave loosely covered for 1-2 minutes just until warm.

 

Heat red wine sauce in a saucepan or microwave for 1 minute until warm, pour over warmed beef.

 

Pan Roasted Chicken Breast, with Herb Chicken Demi

Creamy Polenta with Rosemary and Fontina

Glazed Carrots and Sugar Snaps 

Allergens: dairy (in sauce and polenta), gluten (in sauce) 

Heat chicken uncovered in 350 degree oven for 7-10 minutes. Heat polenta in microwave for 1-2 minutes or in 350 degree oven covered for 10 minutes. Heat carrots and sugar snap beans in the microwave loosely covered for 1-2 minutes just until warm. 

Heat chicken demi sauce in a saucepan or microwave for 1 minute until warm, pour over warmed chicken.

 

Kitchen Staples

 

 

Individual Egg and Cheddar Frittatas 

Transfer to baking sheet.  Heat in the oven for 5-6 minutes uncovered on 350

 

Mini Grilled Cheese – Keep Frozen

Transfer to baking sheet.  Bake from frozen on a cookie sheet in a single layer at 350 degrees for 5 minutes

 

Sticky Toffee Pudding

Transfer aluminum cups to baking sheet.   Bake in aluminum cup on 350 for 6 minutes, then pop out onto plate. Heat sauce in a microwaveable container for 20-30 seconds until warm, then pour over cakes…delicious served with vanilla ice cream!

 

Chocolate Chip with Cinnamon and Espresso Cookies

Bake cold cookie dough on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees

After removing from the oven let set up on sheet pan for 1-2 minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack*

Bake cold cookie dough on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees

After removing from the oven let set up on sheet pan for 1-2 minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack*

 

*Cookie dough can be kept in the fridge for 4 days until ready to use or you can freeze the dough to save for later. Just be sure to thaw the dough before baking.

 

Cooked Bacon Strips

Heat on a sheet pan in a single layer oven on 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes.

 

Cinnamon Sugar Pull-Apart 

Heat in 350 degree oven, uncovered for 10 minutes, or until warm and icing slightly melted.

 

Yeast Rolls

Heat in 350 degree oven, uncovered for 5 minutes, or just until warm.

 

Marinated and Grilled Chicken Breast

For best results,  heat in the oven covered for 6-8 minutes at 350 degrees

 

Verlasso Salmon

For best results,  heat in the oven uncovered for 8-9 minutes at 350 degrees
