Kale Salad Recipe
This kale salad is one of our favorites and can be made with a variety of add-in’s to tailor to your taste (or use up whatever you have on hand!)
We’ve included several options here and paired it with our signature WBV. This one will keep for several days, which makes it perfect for meal prep!
Layer Dressing and Ingredients:
Add Remaining Ingredients:
12 oz Curly Green Kale - stemmed, washed, and chopped
½ cup WBV – start with less, then add slowly to taste
Pour dressing over Kale and gently massage leaves by scrunching handfuls at a time. This will help make the leaves more tender and tasty.
Create your favorite combination:
*1/3 – ½ cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese, Crumbled goat cheese, Or Cubed Feta Cheese
*1/3 – ½ cup Candied Almonds, Pecans, or Walnuts
*1/3 cup Dried Cranberries
*1 medium Apple Cut into matchstick pieces
This salad is best if dressed and rests a couple of hours before serving. It holds well for a couple of days!
